The Lebanon Board of REALTORS\u00ae, organized February 22, 1979, is the leading voice for real estate in Lebanon, Missouri and the surrounding area.<\/p>\n

All the members of the Lebanon Board of REALTORS\u00ae are pledged to the high standards of the REALTORS\u00ae Code of Ethics. The Board is committed to ethical conduct among its members and the public – Always striving for higher standards for the profession.<\/p>\n

The Lebanon Board of REALTORS\u00ae is a charter member of the Missouri Association of REALTORS\u00ae under the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae<\/p>\n

There are many members and committee chairs who monitor local legislation and regulatory policy for the impact it may have on private property rights and the ability to freely buy, sell, and lease property. We have used grass root efforts in the past successfully and will continue to use them in the future to protect the American Dream of homeownership.<\/span><\/p>\n

The REALTORS\u00ae Code of Ethics was established over 100 years ago to unite the real estate profession. The Code establishes obligations that may be higher than those mandated by law.<\/p>\n

The REALTOR\u00ae Code of Ethics is a key factor separating REALTORS\u00ae from other real estate practitioners as they hold the REALTOR\u00ae to a higher level of professionalism in the industry.<\/p>\n

All Lebanon board members are REALTORS\u00ae and Ethics training is a requirement.<\/p>\n
